Inspired by St.Barth this dress is everything I need for summer: perfect for the beach with a floppy hat, yet formal enough for a dinner date paired with heels.  This time I paired it with a leather jacket and lace-up sandals. I love the split in the front as well as a low v-neck. Casual, elegant, re-purpose it for any occasion.

With my recent promotion, I have been on the look out for all things business chic. To me nothing SAYS more business than a midi skirt. Kudos to you if you choose one in a bright hue. And what a better way to add some fun into your work outfit than a peplum top? Pearls and studded heels add an intricate detail. Well, and glasses (mostly because  I can't see), indicate who's the boss!
